 HY-88 high-performance antistatic agent for polyester

HY-88 is a kind of composition consisting of octadecyl dimethyl tertiary amine nitrate, with very good antistatic and thermal stability, and is specially used for antistatic treatment in the pre- and post-spinning of polyester staple fibers.

Appearance: Brownish-yellow oily viscous substance
PH value: 5-8
Ionic type: Weak cationic type
Effective component: 35% - 65%
Solubility: Miscible with water.

Application process

Pre-spinning: 0.5% - 1%
Post-spinning: 1% - 2%.

Precautions

1. The shelf life of this product is one year.
2. This product can be adjusted according to its own process. After being treated with 0.2% HY-88 (for heavy fiber mass), the resistance can be reduced to 10^2.
3. This product cannot be mixed with anionic oil agents.
4. This product becomes pasty in winter, and stirring evenly for use does not affect the use effect.
