HY-8668 polyester staple fiber silicone oil

HY-8668 is a carefully developed high-quality organosilicon polymer emulsion. This emulsion has the ability to endow fibers with high resilience and excellent smoothness performance, and has outstanding anti-yellowing performance and the characteristic of endowing the treated fibers with high gloss. It is widely used in the organosilicon treatment of virgin and recycled polyester fibers in the current market.

Application process

Pre-spinning: Add 0.5% - 1% of our company's HY-168 high-performance polyester staple fiber oil agent.
Post-spinning: Use HY-8668 silicone oil directly, and adjust the usage amount by oneself according to the effect required by the fiber.

Precautions

1. The speed of hot air > 1.5 meters per second.
2. The moisture content of the fiber strand: < 10%.
3. The carrying rate of the bath solution: 8 - 10%.
4. The carrying rate of organosilicon: 0.4 - 0.6% for the fiber weight.
5. This product cannot be mixed with anionic auxiliaries.
