HY-8138 polyester staple fiber hard cotton oil agent is a treatment agent to improve the elasticity and stiffness of fibers. It can be dissolved in cold and hot water and has stability against hard water. When the temperature of the oven is > 80 degrees, a stiffness effect can be produced. The higher the temperature, the harder the effect produced and the higher the water resistance.

Application process

Post-spinning padding process: 0.3% - 0.5%.

Precautions

1. Before using this product, in winter, it needs to be stirred to prevent sedimentation. At normal temperature, stirring is not required.

3. It is especially noted that after the use is finished, the spraying system must be cleaned to prevent adhesion and clogging of the nozzles.
4. The shelf life of this product is six months.
